Tummy Warmin' Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS:
3 1/4 cups any Plain or Vanilla WestSoy Soymilk
2 cups "quick" rolled oats
Pinch of Hain® Sea Salt
1/2 cup dried fruit, such as raisins, currants, chopped apricots or a variety of fresh fruit, sliced, such as strawberries, banana
Cinnamon and nutmeg (optional)
Serve with extra WestSoy beverage and syrup

In a medium saucepan, heat soymilk over medium heat for 2 minutes. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add rolled oats, cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mixture begins to thicken add fruit and sprinkle in nutmeg and cinnamon to taste. Continue to cook until oatmeal thickens, stirring occasionally. Spoon into bowls. Serve WestSoy beverage and syrup on the side. Makes 6 servings.
