Tummy Warmin' OatmealINGREDIENTS:
In a medium saucepan, heat soymilk over medium heat for 2 minutes. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add rolled oats, cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mixture begins to thicken add fruit and sprinkle in nutmeg and cinnamon to taste. Continue to cook until oatmeal thickens, stirring occasionally. Spoon into bowls. Serve WestSoy beverage and syrup on the side. Makes 6 servings. |
