Old Fashioned Baking Powder Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour
3 teaspoons aluminum-free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Hain® Sea Salt
6 Tablespoons cold butter
1 cup Unsweetened WestSoy Soymilk

Preheat oven 450°F. Mix dry ingredients together and cut in butter until mixture is the consistency of coarse cornmeal. Add soymilk and stir just until dough comes free from the sides of the bowl. Turn the dough onto a floured board, shape into a ball, and gently knead 10 times. Roll out 1/2 inch thick and cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped into flour. Brush tops of biscuits lightly with a little soymilk. Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, 14-16 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.
