Rice Pilaf2 Tablespoons Hain® Safflower Oil
In a large saucepan over high heat, heat the oil, then add onion, pepper and paprika. Sauté about 3-5 minutes, until onion is translucent. Add the rice and stir to a coat well with the mixture. Add the broth and soymilk, bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low and cook for about 25 minutes Ð or until liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6-8 |
