INGREDIENTS:
2 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons flour
1 cup any WestSoy Plain Soymilk 1/4 teaspoon Hain® Sea Salt
Dash cayenne pepper (optional)
Melt butter, add flour and blend. Slowly, add soymilk stirring to blend. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Add salt and cayenne. Makes 1 cup.
