Party Cake2 cups Arrowhead Mills® White Flour
Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Heat soymilk and margarine until margarine is melted, over medium heat, occasionally stirring. Using a mixer, beat eggs and sugar in another bowl until foamy, then add flour and soymilk mixtures. Mix those ingredients, then beat until well blended. Using margarine or a nonstick spray, lightly coat 2 cake pans, round or square, approximately 9 inches wide. Equally pour the batter into each pan. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes. When top of cake springs back after lightly pressing center, and it is browned, your cake is done. Turn out onto cooling racks. Layer and frost the cakes or serves them in wedges covered with fresh fruit and a dollop of non dairy whipped topping. Enjoy warm or cool! Makes approximately 12 servings. |
