INGREDIENTS:
1 cup any WestSoy Vanilla Soymilk 1 1/2 cup ice
1/3 cup tofu
1 1/2 cup bananas, sliced, frozen
1/4 cup walnuts, shelled
1 Tablespoon honey
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve in a large iced glass. Yield: two 11 oz. servings.
