Berry Peach Soy Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup frozen sliced peaches
1/2 cup frozen berries, (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc)
1 cup WestSoy® Plus Vanilla Soymilk
1 Tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)

Let fruit stand at room temperature about 5 minutes, to soften slightly. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and whirl until mixture is slushy. You may have to stop the blender and stir occasionally to make sure all the fruit is blended. Yield: 1 serving.
