Spiced Cocoa

1/4 cup powdered unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup Hain® Turbinado Sugar
1 cup water
1 cinnamon stick
3 cloves, whole
a pinch of Hain® Sea Salt
3 cups WestSoy Lite Chocolate Soymilk
3 teaspoons vanilla extract

Over medium heat, stir together the cocoa, sugar, water, cinnamon stick, cloves and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the soymilk, sitrring continuously with a wire whisk. Bring almost to a boil and then remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla. Remove the cinnamom stick and cloves using a strainer or sloted spoon. Next, pour the mixture into a blender and beat until foamy. Serve hot!
